Depending on the properties of fabric and film, the polypropylene fabric is bonded together with a reverse-printed OPP film by means of an extrusion lamination process during which a special tie layer is applied. The resulting material offers superb barrier properties, for example for keeping odors and oils inside the sack and for preventing chemical reactions with air. These characteristics make the sack particularly suitable for packaging rice, cereal, fertilizer, animal feed, pet food and so on.
